Re: Owner's Complaint Report No.54 Bentley Chassis B-1-AE - Bentley Motors Demonstration. ------------------------------------------------------ The above report refers to an engine break down due to a portion of the reinforcement plate of the air cleaner support bracket having come adrift and found its way into No.1. cylinder via the induction pipe bend, and No.1. inlet valve. We have already issued instructions for all the chassis in the Works to be altered by increasing the number of rivets, and I consider it essential for this modification to be added to the 'List of alterations to be carried out at the first opportunity', and I therefore suggest a Depot Sheet should be issued to this effect.
