I confirm mine Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}3/NJ27.1.26. Today we have received a letter from the Chloride Electrical Storage Co. as follows:- "Further to your letter of 8th January and ours of "26th January last, we are pleased to advise you of "despatch on the 24th instant by passenger train of the "6RR5/1 battery provided with threaded rubber separators "for the purpose of testing. "We propose to invoice this against your contract "51991 for standard type batteries, and hope this is in "accordance with your wishes." Will AW. be good enough to arrange that the battery above referred to is handed to EFC. on arrival and will he be good enough to say whether it is in order that same be invoiced against our contract 51991 for standard type batteries.
