had asked us to do the tests, because they themselves have requested our opinion on this spirit. Obviously, you can use the test results to confirm my argument you may put up to the Esthonian Government against the use of their spirit in your engines.

My own opinion is that it will be far better for you, as a company, to lay down a specification for an aviation fuel suitable for your engines and then ask the major oil companies in that country to satisfy it. This will be easier for everybody because all the big oil companies can obtain Ethyl from us and we prefer to deal with them rather than bind ourselves to supply direct to a government, as this restricts all activities outside military aviation.

Again, I am awfully sorry I cannot see you before you go, but please advise this office if you require anything further on the matter.
