Dear Sirs, We are sending you a Ph.III. radiator matrix (without top and bottom tanks fitted), marked for the attention of Mr.Dunn, which has run 20,000 miles on one of our test cars in France. It has exhibited no signs of overheating, but we have stripped it for examination for silting up. We should like you to flow test it for us and let us have your report on its condition.
