Regarding water boiling Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} definitely proves
from experiments in France and Derby that the New PhantomCodename for PHANTOM I
is decidedly bebter than the Silver Ghost type.

We expect further information when we have tested
a different compression and gear ratio.

We are doing all that is reasonably possible on
EAC.7. to again increase the design of the radiator, as stated
in a recent memo.
