"(10) The capacity of the condenser should now be checked at a temperature of 50°C, and should fall within the limits .45 to .575 mf. It should also be ascertained that at this temperature the condenser is just capable of holding a static charge for a time long enough to observe this on causing the condenser to discharge." EFC. {E.
