Tests on SS{S. Smith} Battery. (180)
This battery has run 14,767 miles & has been on our bench life test 30 months.
There are only 2 of the original cells in this battery, nos 1 Per.T.R. & no 4, Std Exide
On Low Rate Discharge 42.7 ampere hours were obtained. nos 1, 5 & 6 cells showed positive weakness.
On High Rate Discharge
Initial amperes = 103.0
Time to 100 " = 3.6 min
" " 90 " = 10.0 "
" " 80 " = 12.0 "
All cells showed negative weakness.
