DERBY.

Attention: Mr. Grylls.

Dear Sirs,

re Order No. 84942 dated 7.6.35

In connection with the above order covering the supply of one 10.A3 and one 11.A3 clutch together with additional 11" driven plate, we beg to confirm telephone conversation of this morning with our Mr. Barker when you advised that you agreed that driven plate slingers should not be included in specification and this entirely clears the position with regard to possible foul of slinger and flywheel fixing bolt.

Accordingly instructions have been issued to our Works immediately to proceed with fabrication.

Thanking you for your kind co-operation,

Yours faithfully,
BORG & BECK COMPANY LIMITED

A.{Mr Adams} M.{Mr Moon / Mr Moore} Shinkins.
