Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer}12/T.12.10.36, concerning provision for balancing flywheels after the engine has been fitted in the chassis, we asked for this provision to be made in Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}7/KW.10.5.36. A Design scheme to LeC.5235 was subsequently issued, and in memo. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wym.{G.
