Modification scheme for the 20/25 Carburetter due to a production complaint.

A scheme has now been issued by the Design Dept. (LeC.4292), showing a modification to deal with a serious complaint on the production 20/25 Carb. A carburetter will be supplied by T. Salt, on which these modifications can be carried out. We would like to get these results immediately, as the necessary alterations to standard production cannot be made until we have the required data from these tests. See E/PSN.3/MN.7.1.35.
