There is no proposal that the modifications to the carburetter should not go through the ordinary experimental testing, or that the normal standardisation sheet should not be issued. Our suggestion is that HX. should if possible have the opportunity of passing a number of these carburetters through his hands before the Works are finally committed to them on production.
