Dear Mr. Ball, Thank you for the Instruction Book which arrived quite safely. I rather pushed the car on the way back and the most alarming knock developed in half a mile. Investigation shewed this to be nothing worse than a tappet knock, although in this short distance the clearance had increased to about 3/16". The locking of the valve adjustment seems to be rather weak point, otherwise the car went well. Yours faithfully, | ||
