Dear Sirs,

We are in receipt of your letter and literature relating to the Schlenderfrei Stabiliser and for which we thank you.

We have previously investigated the claims of one or two similar devices made by other concerns and do not think that the actual results achieved are sufficient to compensate for the weight, cost, and space required by the mechanism.

Under the circumstances we do not think it will be worth your while to go to the trouble of sending the car up to Derby for us to try.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE Ltd.
