Streatham 7266. LOV{Mr Lovesey} 8728. 68, Kingsmead Road, London, S.W.2. 11 January, 1932. Messrs Rolls-Royce, Ltd., Experimental Department, Nightingale Road, Derby. For the attention of Mr. Lovesy Dear Sirs, I have recently devised what I believe to be a novel arrangement for facilitating the control of internal-combustion engines during the warming-up period. As I have no facilities for carrying out proper experimental work on this arrangement, I venture to send herewith notes and sketches of an example relating to carburettor engines, in the hope that you may be interested enough to undertake the development of the proposal. A provisional patent specification has been accepted, describing, among others, the arrangements referred to in the enclosure, and I shall be glad to send further particulars if you so desire. I am, Yours faithfully, H.{Arthur M. Hanbury - Head Complaints} J.{Mr Johnson W.M.} Grose | ||
