For the Attention of Mr.West

Dear Sirs,
Your Ref: Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.6/MA

At the time of writing we have not yet received the Model 11T taken from Mr. Wormald's car. Perhaps you would like to check whether or not it has actually been despatched. We regret we are unable, at the moment, to avoid any delay by replacing the receiver owing to the fact that we have none in Stock.

However, should Mr. Wormald's receiver come to hand it will be attended to with all possible speed.

Yours faithfully,
