MYTH - STEERING WHEEL.

Further to Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}/JD.{J. Draper - Frames}5/SW.19.6.41. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} has now decided that although the control lever shewn on PL.687 at the steering wheel centre may not be required for the hand throttle it will be useful to have it available for any control which may prove to be required. Will you please therefore, detail the scheme as drawn with the exception that the words "OPEN" and "CLOSED" should be omitted from the quadrant as the purpose for which the lever may be required is undecided.

As stated in the memo. already referred to hexagon type spokes should be incorporated in the wheel.
