Dear Neville,

Thank you for your letter of the 28th;

I note that you are sending your car to the Works "For Guarantee". I do not see why this should cost you anything. If your car has not been back to the Works since you had it, there are one or two modifications which are being made free of charge on all of the early chassis delivered to customers, and therefore it will enable our people to look the car over and make sure that nothing has been missed.

In my opinion the latest Park Ward body is an altogether better proposition than their original efforts, and we have actually got them to produce a body containing quite a lot of sheet steel and cast Alpax pillars. I feel confident that it will be a vast improvement on the one you have previously had.

With regard to the chassis, I am afraid I cannot tell you anything more than you already know, but as soon as any modification is available which I think will interest you I will pass the information on.

Yours sincerely,
