Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}22/E29.10.34 - 8 - HDY{William Hardy}1/HP.5.10.34 and HDY{William Hardy}/2/HP.24.9.34. It was agreed that at the present time we could not do other than follow up carefully the different schemes but there did not appear to be one in existence at the moment which would be suitable for us. Dubonnet Suspension. 19-G-IV has been sent over to France for this scheme to be fitted and is expected back shortly. Wilson Gearbox. E.{Mr Elliott - Chief Engineer} said that, in view of the fact that we had purchased the gearbox and done design work in connection with its introduction, he would like to see this experiment carried through and Ss.{S. Smith} undertook to get this on one of the experimental cars as soon as possible. Wraith. The advisability of purchasing a Buick car was raised with a view to obtaining information in regard to distribution etc. Em. said he would be trying one of the latest Buick cars and would let us know if it was desired to purchase one. It was agreed that we should do a 15,000 miles test of the Cadillac in order to see what happens to both American chassis and American bodies under our conditions of testing in France. Sg.{Arthur F.
