20/25 Servo Squeaks.

During a short run we had on your car on the Barnett by-pass it was obvious that a bad servo squeak was present and also a servo judder. The linings on your car had had accelerated running-in treatment before leaving Derby. We are sending JLE.{J. Lee Evans - Chassis Test Manager} a new pair which we should like given the normal treatment, followed by some 50 road miles, which all cars would get in the Test Dept., so that you can give us your opinion on their behaviour. While 21-G-IV was in London having 1,000 miles' clutch test in traffic, similar linings were fitted.

As regards the judder, will JLE.{J. Lee Evans - Chassis Test Manager} please make sure there is an adequate gap in the star springs.
