Chassis, Series "N" 40/50 HP Chassis, Series "G.2" Although these were only released by the Administration on the 24th ultimo, and the Drawing Office, obviously, have had little time as yet to complete issue of the necessary sanctions, I would remind all concerned that unless such sanctions are in the Order Office very quickly (the 20 HP is already over due, and the 40/50 HP. due on the 10th instant) it will be very difficult indeed for the Order Office and Shops to carry out the 8 per week Programme now laid down - especially as so many of the Steel firms are working short time, and only rolling alternate weeks, in some cases every third week. In addition to this, the Easter and Whitsuntide Holidays intervene between now and the date the first batches of material against the two sanctions are due to the Shops. If, therefore, the Drawing Office could make special arrangements to expedite matters, it would be very helpful. There is, of course, always the possibility of Sales increasing the proposed 8 each per week Programme, in which case we should have an even bigger struggle to maintain output.
