Order No. WD{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead} 34
Customer's No. X7791
Watford EW6 magnetos.
With reference to the failure of some of these magnetos due to burning of the contact breaker points, we have now another instance on chassis 14 EX where the points have worn right down after a mileage of 4440.
We consider Messrs North's ought to do something in the matter. And we are handing over the contact breaker in question for return to them and replacement! Perhaps the Repair Dept could give us some information now re the life of EW6 contacts.
Signed H.E.W.
This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work.
