We wish to have a Conference on Monday at 9.30 in my office to consider the whole question of the blocking up of radiators, and any other troubles incidental to the radiator problem. It is important that we should have Mr. Smith from the Radiator Department present in order to be able to tell us his experience in regard to the various problems that will arise in the discussion.
