We are unable to get hold of any examples of choked radiator matrixes. These are invaluable to us for trying to eliminate the trouble on cars.
The most recent case is that of Mr. Short's car. The production method of cleaning radiators failed to deal with this case and we were most anxious to have the matrix to see if we could find some solvent which would clear it thoroughly. To oblige production we agreed that they could use the top tank if they would let us have the matrix.
We find that the matrix has been entirely spoilt for our purpose because in removing the top tank, the top tubes and radiator is now useless for our purpose.
As this trouble is costing the company hundreds of pounds in new radiator cylinders we consider that it is vital that we should be given a free hand with all choked up radiators that come into the works until we have solved the problem. Will you therefore please see what you can arrange for us in this respect.
