X 2575 Extract from Wd{Mr Wood/Mr Whitehead}5/NJ/7.7.21. X.4165 RE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT. X.2515. X.3749. Fuses. Lucas' have not yet found a way to fit our design of Fuse Holder in the switchbox. Our Mr. Thacker visited them last Saturday, 2nd. Inst. and suggested a way out of the difficulty, but it would appear that this is not satisfactory, or some other difficulty has arisen. Lucas' will do everything possible to overcome the difficulty and render the application of our design of Fuse Holder practicable. Lucas' still maintain that the troubles we have experienced are due to the employment of lead tin alloy fuse wire, instead of tinned copper. | ||
