E.A.C.7. SPARE WHEEL CARRIER.

As the screwed handle used for securing the spare
wheel came between the wheel and the body, and appeared
to be inaccessible, we wrote West WitteringHenry Royce's home town pointing
this fact out.

I attach copy of their reply, Da{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}4/M.23.8.27.
