Mr. Fedden's Car. With reference to your note Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}15/E3.12.34, we have not yet had a rear brake squeak on Fedden's car, and therefore have nothing to cure with regard to this particular complaint. The front brakes have been groaning badly but we believe we have cured them. Cycle type wings do seem to amplify these groans. We are doing what we can with the horns, lamps, instruments and windscreen wiper. As Mr. Fedden does not want his car back until the end of the week we are keeping it with a view to seeing whether our cure for brake groans is permanent.
