In accordance with instructions, we have been despatching chassis minus the above. Supplies are now available, but are not satisfactory. On taking the matter up, we understand it has been decided that the discs and the wheel pans have to be altered. Chassis from now onwards will be despatched with the side wheel carriers, and the new discs and wheel pans forwarded as soon as the modified type are available. We are informed that a number of spare wheel carriers have already been despatched. New discs and wheel pans will be required for these side wheel carriers. EP{G.
