re, Phantom III - Technical - Oil Coolers.
------------------------------------------

We have just fitted an "F" type Oil Cooler
to a Car here, and in view of your recent Memo on
the subject of displaced Coolers, we shall be glad
to have a ruling in regard to disposal of this one,
and subsequent displacements.

We presume that there will be no point in
our returning this Unit to Marston's for modification
if there is to be a general removal from the Cars
concerned.

Please advise us.
