For the attention of Mr.H.R.Buckland.

Dear Sir,

Will you please let us have for inspection as soon as possible a Sample Bentley rev counter dial with the danger mark arranged as per attached sketch i.e. with the triangular space all red between 4500 and 5000 R.P.M.

The MAXIMUM R.P.M. figures should still be coloured orange and the R.P.M. printed over the red as shown.

It is quite likely that we shall want to revert to this scheme in preference to the standard marking as at present.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS ROYCE LIMITED.
