X3602 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}4/LG. The Dunlop Rubber Co. Ltd., Fort Dunlop, Erdington, Birmingham. 15th. April 1925. Dear Sirs, For the attention of Mr. A.{Mr Adams} W. Hyde. Dev. Dept. EHS/KS. Referring to your letter of the 1st. inst. We have done very little running so far with the 33 X 6.75" tyres. When first fitted to a car we experienced high speed steering wobbles. We are carrying out tests to reduce this trouble and shall then run tests off these tyres. The 33 X 6 tyres are fitted to Mr. Royce's 20 HP. car which is at present in the south of France, and are running satisfactorily. The car is expected back in England at the end of this month. We will then let you have a report as to the behaviour and the troubles, if any, with these tyres. Yours faithfully, | ||
