The matter referred to in Mr. Bartam's letter is having our due consideration. As there have been one or two cases of this kind, we are making an experiment of a comparatively simple change, with some hope of providing the altered characteristics in a comparatively simple way. We will let you know further. (Handwritten note on left margin: f O.K. shall) Perhaps in the meanwhile you might (handwritten, 'would' is crossed out) tell the owner that we will see if this can readily be done and say we may (handwritten) be prepared to provide him with a machine so arranged. In the meanwhile we suggest that he carries out what we recommend in the Instruction Book for such exceptional cases, viz. additional charging of the battery from an outside source. EFC. | ||
