H15/M17511 I have completed, with Hunt, the design of the worm driven back axle. It will take a week before it will be reasonably clear to bring to the Works.

The design is of the simplest nature, but I think the proportions are good and the general arrangements are the best of the six or seven ways we have set the parts out.

I am making Mr Spinney considerable work in arranging a chassis with inclined transmission suitable for this.

In this chassis we are lifting the frame 1/2" to give a little more clearance for the front road springs and the inclined transmission raises the front end of the engine to such an extent that the bonnet will be
