With reference to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1/LG10.7.22., have you broken any more boxes with this strengthened end?

A means of testing whether it is the deflection of the back end which breaks the front would be to leave the front end somewhat slack so that it could move without straining either the bracket or the bolt. It should last longer in this condition than when tightened up.
