MR. BERNARD HOPPE Your Sg{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD}11/D21.11.30 With reference to the special springs for the 20 HP. cars. The cost of these will be approximately the same as a set of standard springs i.e. £19.3.0. complete with grooving etc. This is naturally a provisional estimate as they might run into some difficulty in making the first one or two odd springs of this type. If a production quantity were ordered they should undoubtedly be cheaper as there is less material in them. We shall get an indication of the percentage saving when the present batch of stiffer springs for the 40/50 have been completed. hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
