81583 Expl. Dept. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}7/MJ. 24th. January, 1934. Messrs. C.C.Wakefield & Co. Ltd., Wakefield House, 30 & 32, Cheapside, LONDON.E.C.2. For the attention of Mr. Limb. Dear Limb, We should be pleased if you would get Evans to look into the question of what he would expect to happen if we mix the EP.{G. Eric Platford - Chief Quality Engineer} Gear Oil with either Gear-Ease or Whitmores. We have a number of cars out with these oils and usually in the case of the axle the owner simply tops up and therefore the oil mixes. There is another point you might mention to Evans. When he was in Derby recently, he promised to send a grease which was your equivalent to Mobil Grease No.2. Yours faithfully, For Rolls-Royce Ltd. | ||
