X 4257 (crossed out) X 4219 THRUST BEARINGS. We assume that we shall receive from R.W. an alternative design for the thrust bearing on Goshawk 11. Rear Axle Pinion. In connection with this design, consideration should be given to improve the axle casing, as regards being oil retaining. At present, whenever the car stops, a quantity of oil runs out from the axle pinion shaft. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} R.R. 285b (50 T.)
