X.4547 To HS.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork} DA{Bernard Day - Chassis Design}/EV{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}2/M26.11.24. We should be glad if you could send us as soon as possible a set of Goshawk hand control levers, finished in 'Necol', egg-shell finish, as we wish to shew these to R.{Sir Henry Royce} Our present stove enamel wears off very quickly, and we have every reason to believe that Pyroxylin finish would be very much more durable. It is the finish which Lucas' have used for their lamps and horns for some years. Should 'Necol' not be satisfactory we have several other manufactur- ers who can supply.
