Dear Mr.Grose',

I have received your letter of the 5th inst, and am extremely sorry to hear of your sad loss - please accept my deepest sympathy.

There is no immediate urgency about the car heater question and I shall be pleased to hear from you at your convenience with regard to same. I wrote you a brief note last night about the thermostat which we have ordered (1 1/4" diameter seat.)

Yours sincerely,
