1330 Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}1/MH.{M. Huckerby} 10th. July, 1939. J.S.H.Moore, Esq., Turbo Transmitters Ltd., Aintree Road, Western Avenue, Perivale, MIDDX. Dear Mr. Moore, Very many thanks for bringing up the Humber to Derby last Thursday. We all appreciated having an opportunity of testing this latest development in hydraulic transmission. We should like to know whether your people have given consideration to the possibility of arranging a solid drive at low speeds which can be engaged when the driver wants it. This, of course, is to keep away from the fussiness when one does not particularly want violent acceleration. Yours sincerely, | ||
