SERVICE COMPLAINTS

In order to centralise all available information regarding parts which fail or give trouble in service, I want to arrange that BY/SB{Mr Bull/Mr Bannister} sees all such defective parts, and it is therefore necessary in future that any part returned for inspection should be clearly labelled for the attention of BY/SB.{Mr Bull/Mr Bannister}

He will then co-operate with the Design or Experimental Depts, or Section Leaders, to ensure that any necessary investigation and correction of the fault is carried out.

BY.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer}
