X5005 (By.{R.W. Bailey - Chief Engineer} From Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} {E Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}4/MA.12.5.34. Various schemes have gone through for rubber engine mounting on 20/25. We propose to fit up 21.G.4 for 10,000 miles with the approved scheme when this is available. Whilst we have mocked this up for experimental work we have no proper details. We consider that we should not fit a 10,000 miles chassis up with anything but parts which have been properly detailed. Will you please arrange for these parts to be officially detailed as soon as possible. We do not anticipate any major alteration from the results of our tests so far.
