Re: Chassis No. I B IV

With reference to the parts which Mr. Roberts is bringing to France today, we enclose a copy of our letter to The General Transport Co. Ltd. and a copy of our memo to Paris.

It greatly facilitates matters of this kind if the parts removed from the car to enable the new parts to be fitted, are re-exported from France with the car itself. If you can arrange this, no doubt you will kindly do so.

It should be remembered that the certificate given to the Customs on this side when clearing the car should be so qualified as to provide for the alteration carried out abroad.
