(Lab) ROY{Sir Henry Royce}1/MG31.1.30 At present we are buying Whitmore's Compound for Rear Axle Lubrication, but I gather tests are nearing completion with the Lubricant put forward by Messrs. Price - with whom, as you are aware, we have special selling arrangements. The special figure for such Lubricant for Rear Axles, should we conclude arrangements with Messrs. Price, is approximately an eighth of that ruling for the Whitmore Compound - apart from the fact that our arrangements with the various stockists, Depots etc., generally simply need expansion to cover existing arrangements with Messrs.
