(2) Fill in L.O.P. Numbers where they exist.
(3) Provide a covering sheet giving a list of schemes outstanding, a list of schemes to be detailed and a list of L.O.Ps. to be made.
We have already sent you our idea of what design work we believe we have to do in Ev{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}3/22.1.40. addressed to Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}
If, when you have done this you will return the draft specification to us we will have it printed an tracing paper and circulated.
We would like to get this done as soon as possible so that Derby may have a clear picture of what has to be done. Also in order that certain sections can be instructed.
