April 26th 1937.
Dear Sirs,
For the attention of Mr. Leslie.
We beg to confirm telephone conversation of this morning, and regret to learn that one of the Rubber Buffers reference G.84975/6 is giving trouble on one of your manufactures in use in France owing to the rubber breaking up, and that a further pair of rubbers is required very quickly.
We have immediately put through a pair of rubbers in a stronger quality of material, and will endeavour to despatch these to you tomorrow, after which we shall be interested to see the rubber that has failed, as this will give us some indication as to the wear that is expected of this line, and we shall be in a better position to judge the quality that is required.
In the meantime, assuring you always of our best services, we beg to remain,
Yours faithfully,
For THE HARBORO' RUBBER CO., LTD.
