To Wor.{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} From Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} c.c. to Sg.{Arthur F. Sidgreaves - MD} Hd.{Mr Hayward/Mr Huddy} Y4117 Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}4/MJ.21.9.32. RE. QUARTERLY COMPLAINTS ON CARS. We arranged for Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/GWH.{George W. Hancock - Head Chateauroux} to go to Cricklewood to go over the quarterly complaints generally, to see whether the improvements which have been standardised to overcome certain complaints were successful. It would appear definite that on the later cars the service complaints are very much less. It is interesting to note that Cricklewood have not had a single complaint on the later type shock absorbers and clutches. Squeaking brakes are also disappearing. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Attached G.W.Hancock's report. | ||
