To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} x206 Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Gry.{Shadwell Grylls}12/KW.11.9.34. Bentley Brakes. With the present system of rear brake operation in which the line of pull of the brakes is several inches below the axle, the rear brakes are self-servoing. We want to try a car with this feature eliminated as it does not exist on either the 40/50 or 20/25. The linkage shown on GB.854 attached transfers the pull to the centre line of the axle. The sketch is to show the geometry of the rear mechanism more than the means of anchoring the pivots. Will you please make the necessary parts and then fit them to B-23-AE.
