We have received back in Works faulty Hydraulic Shock Dampers as follows :-

CUSTOMER. CHASSIS NO. NATURE OF COMPLAINT.

R.R.Cricklewood. 28.KR One near side front shock damper - complaint not stated.

" 46.OR One offside rear shock damper rattling.

" 51.XJ One offside rear shock damper, noisy.

" 148.XJ Two front shock dampers knocking.

" 16.CN{Mr Chamberain} Two rear shock dampers with oil leaks.

The parts have been handed to Mr.Brock for repair - This for your information and decision as to how the respective costs involved should be debited.
