Dear Sir,

Referring to your letter of the 31st ultimo reference E.2. the quantity of petrol reserve should be within the limits two to three gallons.

We are interested to note that you will let us have this instrument the week commencing August 13th, as we are anxious to push ahead with this type of gauge for experimental purposes.
