BY DIPPING HEADLIGHTS. We would be glad if you would arrange to let Sales inspect a car fitted with our latest design of dipping headlights for the Phantom which we are using on the Sports car. This will possibly be best done on the next 10,000 miles experimental production car. You will see from our letter referring to wing stays that we now think the high position of the lamps called for by the public demands that we use brackets from the cross member, and not from the wing stay.
